Michael Gadsden, with 14 years in the electric power sector, brings deep expertise as a financial advisor and management consultant. He has helped dozens of renewable energy developers, sponsors, equity funds, and commercial lenders navigate the complex and often opaque markets for debt and tax equity capital. His financial modeling and analytical tools have been used on billions of dollars of structured financings, M&A transactions, and the Chapter 11 restructuring of a large electric power holding company.
